Notice to contestants
Thank you for your participation in the 4th World Wing Chun competition organized by the World Wing Chun Union. In order to facilitate the efficiency of the competition, all competitors and coaches are required to attend the weigh-in, distribution of competitor number and documents and initiation relating to all matters of the competition. The weigh-in and initiation will take place from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Saturday, 8th October 2016 at Caritas Chai Wan Marden Foundation Secondary School, 330 San Ha St, Chai Wan.
(If there are any further changes these will only be announced at this meeting, coaches will not receive any other notice)
Competitors in Chi Sau and Full Contact are reminded that they must meet the above requirement. Failure to attend the weigh-in or to meet the weight declared will result in disqualification. Competitors in these categories are also reminded to bring their own gum shields and groin protection on the day of the competition and to ensure that finger and toe nails are cut short to reduce the risk of injury.
1) Full contact competitors must wear gum shield and groin protection or they will be disqualified.
2) Chi Sau competitors – the use of gum shield and groin protection is not mandatory but it is recommended.
Groups / Individuals taking part in Taolu can check in on either 8th or 9th October to collect the competitor number and documents. Details are:

The 4th World Wing Chun Competition Award Presentation Ceremony will be held at the 8th World Wing Chun Union Anniversary Dinner. Date as follows:
